Today I awoke at 8:09...or maybe it was 7:56 who knows!
The truth is we have several clocks around and about our home. Why you ask,? Well because I have a clock fetish....I would say it is a constant panic of knowing the time but it isn't...it is simply I love the look of the numbers in a circle, square or even the melting of the hours that pass by in the day "Thank you Mr. Dali. No one or nothing explains a bad day or moment like the portrayal of your image of time in The persistence of memory 1931.
Daylight savings time is battery change time in my household. So off to the major bulk store for one of those super duper packs of double A's and all set. The following Sunday we change the batteries along with adjusting the time. Which has led me to today's post. NONE of our clocks are the same. How can this be? Does our clocks know something we don't ? Is it possible that because our clocks are stationed in different parts of the house that the time is actually a touch off or further ahead in that part of the house? Do we have different time zones? So now that I have shared this crazy phenomena I hope that you will forgive me if I am tardy, as I am still confused 19 times over on what the actual time in my life actually is.
Have a great day!
