The nails are acrylic dollar store stuff added to a paper mache jewelry stand .The bones are a discounted skeleton left in a clearance bin from last season and the birds can be found at any Michael's store along with the jute ribbon and welcome sign.
The blood is plain old red dye of any kind meaning alcohol ink , distress, or acrylic paint watered down then coated over with glossy accents....The real trick here is to soak gauze and stretch it out .
